Sedona Structural Insulated Panel Craftsman

"Tree House" snuggles in amongst mature piñon pines. Situated on the top floor, the kitchen and entertainment spaces deliver the ambiance of living in the tree tops. Rather than bulldoze the land to allow a square house to fit, this irregularly shaped two-story was built from structural insulated panels (SIPs) to showcase select views, enhance privacy and preserve the natural site assets. The R-42 SIP exterior is extremely energy efficient. Vertical grain Douglas Fir custom trim and mill-work, and a solid cherry staircase and furniture cocoon the owners within a cozy craftsman that invites art and fancy.
